Nordic Farms is owned by Dick and Noreen Whitney. Noreen, who has been making jams and jellies for over 40 years, has skillfully perfected heirloom recipes as well as developing delicious new ones. She makes each batch by hand.

While she makes all the traditional favorites she specializes in heirloom and hard-to-find recipes. Many of her recipes are treasured family favorites. Others have been handed down to her by customers and friends.
